Hi,
I am completely new here and I am not Italian. My name is Bas Bakker and I live in the Netherlands (Paesi Bassi ?). I do not speak Italian but I can read most.
For several months I am reading your posts on international
compositions (does anyone have the compositions during the 70's of Loreley-Express Roma-Amsterdam and Holland-Italia-Express?).
Today I found a Märklin Magazin of 1966. On the back cover I saw a picture of the layout by Velino Natali who built Roma Termini with M-rails. Did you know of this layout? Does anyone have more pictures of this layout?

è stata una tua supposizione che l'autore sia romano o lo hai letto da qualche parte?
Il fatto che abbia ricreato la stazione Termini non vuol dire che abiti a Roma. Magari è un emigrato. |

Sarebbe veramente interessante riuscire ad avere notizie di questo plastico.
La rivista è del '66, l'impianto sembra l'opera di un modellista esperto, probabilmente non più giovanissimo all'epoca; vista la complessità dell'opera è molto probabile che il progetto risalga almeno al 1960.
Tutto lascia pensare che il Sig. Velino potrebbe avere oggi un'età di almeno 80 anni.
A Roma, Il cognome "Natali" sembra abbastanza diffuso; la sola ricerca sulle "Pagine Bianche" fornisce 113 risultati ma nessuno con il nome "Velino".
Bisogna anche dire che non siamo certi che il costruttore sia effettivamente di Roma.
E' comunque probabile che tra i tanti "Natali" di Roma ci sia qualche parente del Sig. Velino.
