Scalo di Ogden nello Yutah, 10 maggio 1969. Due F9 nella classica livrea gialla della Union Pacific Railroad (UP). Dagli anni '40 questa grande compagnia non ha mai cambiato livrea. (Foto: Drew Jacksich)

La F7 della Great Northern Railway (GN). Questa macchina era utilizzata in testa alll'"Empire Builder", altro treno famosissimo negli USA, che collegava Chicago a Seattle, attraverso il Glacier National Park nel Montana. (Foto: Don Delitz)
